ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED
Aveng Grinaker-LTA are looking for young talented students who display leadership, innovative and practical qualities. Students from previously disadvantage backgrounds will be given preference.
The bursary will be awarded to students studying towards a degree qualification within the following fields:
Quantity Surveying
Construction Management
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Mining Engineering
MORE ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME – COVERAGE VALUE
The bursary will provide cover for the following expenses: tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, accommodation and a monthly allowance to assist with living expenses.
Students will be required to undertake vacation work during university holidays.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
South African citizen OR South African permanent resident
Completed Matric
Studying full-time within one of the aforementioned fields of study
Studying or have been accepted to study at a recognised South African university/ university of technology
Passed Mathematics and Science in Matric
Maintain a minimum of 65% overall average
